This letter is written to express our great satisfaction for having Henry Silverio as our REALTOR® when we were searching for a house in the Bitterroot Valley.

We were still living in Iowa when we started looking for a horse property around Hamilton. Henry was the first REALTOR® who replied to our e-mail request. He sent us right away the current listings together with a relocation guide. Being 900 miles from Hamilton, we spent only a day visiting with Henry. After showing us different types of places and telling him what we liked and disliked, we went back to Iowa, leaving him the hard task to find us our dream house. For three weeks, he regularly sent us listings, pictures, and kept looking for our future place. When he found it, he went there several times to take pictures and also a videotape of the property. He checked into all the legal details and we made an offer on a property we never saw. He did a great job putting together all the contingencies protecting us until we could come and see it. And when we saw the place? we loved it. Henry really did a great job in finding this place and making sure we would be able to come and see it before someone else bought it. We are now living at this place and just love it.
